Since its foundation in 1927, the company has stood for reliability, quality craftsmanship and close regional ties. In order to secure its market position in the long term, a central retrofit project was implemented at the Lingen-Biene site: The replacement of both finger cars, which operate according to the first-in-first-out principle, was carried out by Rekers Maschinen- und Anlagenbau. The aim of the conversion was to improve both the system availability and the control technology %u2013 but above all to significantly increase the storage capacity by using adjustable forks for higher products with double-push technology. The result: a capacity increase of 57% in the storage of pavers and slabs %u2013 with increased operational reliability and optimised operability at the same time.Betonwerke Emsland A. + J. The existing chamber system and the existing elevators and lowerators were to be retained in the interests of economic efficiency.
