This marked the first step towards a long-term partnership, the success of which depended on the quality and durability of the supplied solutions. For three years, the boards were in continuous use on Kamal%u2019s production lines - and their reliability and resistance under demanding conditions impressively confirmed the quality standards promised by Polblat.The experience gained during this period led to a further and significantly larger investment. In 2025, Kamal ordered more than ten thousand polyurethane-coated plywood boards from the Polish manufacturer. They were used on two production lines, including a new line in Rypin, equipped with a concrete block machine from the German company Rekers. Thanks to its special design, the machine allows the production of thin fa%u00e7ade elements with a thickness starting from 18 mm, as well as the integration of components for the manufacture of reinforced concrete products. The latter is achieved through a transverse product configuration. This modern production facility also incorporates multiple energy recovery systems, resulting in significantly lower power consumption compared to many conventional solutions.Polyurethane-coated production boards at the Cucereavii Alexandr plant in Moldova.
