The site operates two Mason block and paver machines originally designed by MBI%u2019s own engineering department. After Rekers successfully modernized the first block and paver machine in 2018, the second machine has now undergone a complete overhaul as well. The electrical system was rebuilt from the ground up, and the hydraulic system was completely replaced, bringing the machine technically close to the level of a new unit. Additionally, the pallet handling system received an updated control system, modernized visualization, and enhanced safety technology.
