Using the mould, the stair flight is poured as in the installation position, thus enabling a simple and safe production of large stairs or stairs with top and bottom landings. Producing two small stairs side by side is also feasible.Seen the Upcaster is designed for large stairs with landings, it is made extremely solid and stable. This stability is very important, in particular in the case of stairs with a steep angle of inclination, since the top landing can be up to more than 5m above the factory floor. Old-style tiltable stair ramp moulds demonstrate increasing instability when having larger angles of inclination.
