PRECAST CONCRETE ELEMENTS158 CPI %u2013 Concrete Plant International %u2013 3 | 2025 www.cpi-worldwide.comResponsibility for the troughs and all prefabricated parts of the garden high-rise was borne by the company N%u00e4gele, based in Vorarlberg, Austria. The company is part of the Bodner Group and took care of the entirety of the total of 1,770 prefabricated elements. After the commission, N%u00e4gele started the conceptual design of the prefabricated elements. For the garden high-rise building, the planning team generated a total of 824 plans. Production took place on a company-owned carousel plant in R%u00f6this. Just six months after receiving the order, the company was able to deliver the first precast components for the Aglaya high-rise building. N%u00e4gele is proud to have delivered all prefabricated parts in the highest quality and on time. By using Allplan Precast, the company managed to save approximately 206 man-hours through automated processes. This corresponds to an increase in efficiency of around five working weeks.\ are pleased that our prefabricated fa%u00e7ade elements enabled the integration of plants on the facade of the award-winning Aglaya high-rise building. Thanks to our experience and our Allplan Precast software, we managed the planning of all precast elements very efficiently and in a very precise manner. What we particularly like about Allplan Precast is the automated generation of the component details and the reinforcement\/ Project and Construction Management, N%u00e4gele Betonfertigteil- und Transportbetonwerk GmbH.N%u00e4gele Betonfertigteil- und Transportbetonwerk GmbHThe N%u00e4gele precast concrete and ready-mixed concrete plant is based in R%u00f6this, Vorarlberg, Austria and is a subsidiary of the Bodner Group. What began over 100 years ago as a simple master mason business is now one of the most modern production companies for sophisticated precast concrete elements weighing up to 40 tonnes. In an aesthetic way, the building combines architectural freedom with the efficiency of precast concrete elements. The French company Soci%u00e9t%u00e9 de Pr%u00e9fabrication de Landaul was responsible for the design and manufacture of the walls using textured formliners.SPL specialises in precast walls and has two state-of-theart precast factories and two design offices in Landaul and Rennes. For the precast design, SPL relied entirely on its longtime companion Allplan Precast, the CAD software for precast construction from Allplan. For the \tic structural formliners were used. With the help of these matrices, SPL produced the structured wall elements in the precast plant. One of the challenges with \of structural matrices was that the building is located in close proximity to the sea and is therefore also exposed to the demanding marine environment. Due to the salty air and the constantly high humidity, a particularly thick matrix was used.Plant troughs made of prefabricated concrete elements. %u00a9Philipp Hodel, Zug Estates%u00a9Dimitri LamourPrecast concrete walls exude liveliness with the help of structural formliners.
