                                    NEWS18 CPI %u2013 Concrete Plant International %u2013 4 | 2025 www.cpi-worldwide.comFrom May 8 to 10, 2025, the international expert community in precast concrete construction gathered at the Technical University of Munich for the spring meeting of fib Commission 6 %u201cPrefabrication.%u201dThe fib %u2013 F%u00e9d%u00e9ration Internationale du B%u00e9ton (International Federation for Structural Concrete) %u2013 is a globally active professional organization dedicated to promoting research, development, and application in the field of structural concrete construction. As supporters of the Commission%u2019s work, Green Code and the Progress Group joined forces to further strengthen the practical relevance of the event and to place a special focus on key topics in precast construction such as sustainability, quality, and technical innovation.A central highlight was the presentation by Peter Meuwissen, a precast expert, who introduced the Green Code building system. This integrated solution for sustainable construction attracted strong interest from the international experts and sparked in-depth discussions about its potential for industrial-scale application. The system's modular design and the circularity of its materials were particularly emphasized. The program was rounded off with a factory tour at Rohrdorfer (RBW) in Berglern.
