Serving as a vital link between Neustadt and Woltmershausen, the area plays a key role in the city%u2019s development. The first completed building, the six-story Spurwerk, marks the beginning of this transformation and gives the district a distinctive identity. The facade of Spurwerk holds particular significance. Its design not only emphasizes the building%u2019s character but also symbolizes the fusion of tradition and innovation %u2013 a guiding theme for the entire neighborhood. The complex construction required tailored solutions, which were achieved using custom-designed glass fiber concrete formwork by Rieder developed specifically for this project.The Spurwerk Bremen is more than just an architectural project, it is a statement about the transformation of urban spaces. As the first building block of the new neighborhood, the ensemble acts as a gateway to the emerging cityscape.A key element is the use of 680 m%u00b2 of three-dimensional facade panels from Rieder.
