The Mobil Fast series is the flagship product on the African market, particularly in North Africa. The range extends from 30 m%u00b3/h for small construction sites or precast to 130 m%u00b3/h for large-scale concrete production sites, such as airport runways, or RCC production for dams and other road works.Among the Euromecc range of plants, the Mobil Fast series is suitable for export and first-time buyers. This is because it represents a range of plants designed down to the last millimetre to be containerized in an optimized number of 40\Open Top containers. These plants are pre-assembled and cold-tested in the factory to ensure total quality control and avoid unforeseen events during on-site assembly. All wiring is pre-installed on board the equipment, as are the water and additive pipes, with fixed parts in galvanized pipes and flexible pipes, so that the installation can be folded up without dismantling it. To ensure a flawless finish and durability, the metal structures are fully hot-dip galvanized and the painted parts, such as the silos and mixer, are C3 and C4 or C5 on request. Mobil Fast plants do not require any foundation work: they have a galvanized skid that can be placed directly on compacted ground. Similarly, no pits are required as the skips are all above ground. Feed ramps for aggregates are realised with a steel wall attached to the batching unit, to avoid the need to build a wall. The silos can also be fixed to portable bases to avoid the need for civil engineering work.The Fast 500S and Fast 1000S plants are equipped with planetary mixers with capacities of 0.5 m%u00b3 and 1 m%u00b3 respectively. They are widely used in the precast concrete industry due to their compact design and ease of maintenance. For example, the De Bonte Group in Belgium, which specializes in the manufacture of railway sleepers for high-speed lines, has chosen the Fast 1000s with the automated concrete consistency control system for its various facilities: this is a microwave probe, installed at the bottom of the mixer, which instantly measures the water content of the concrete, in addition to its temperature, to allow for any necessary water correction to achieve optimal water/cement ratio values. These plants can be installed inside the production hangar with aggregates fed by a silage system: this ensures optimal protection of raw materials from the elements.With maximum flexibility in mind, Euromecc has developed a compact range of 3 and 4 compartments in-line plants, with the option of adding a twin planetary mixer for double-layer production. The mixers used in this type of project range from 0.25 m%u00b3 to 1 m%u00b3. The skips are all above ground so there is no need for a pit. The height of the mixer can be adjusted according to the equipment to be fed. The two mixers are connected to the same platform and thus share the automatic washing system. Colorant dosing units allow coloured concrete to be produced.
