A/S Boligbeton has been a key player in Denmark%u2019s precast concrete industry since 1961, delivering high-quality precast elements for commercial, residential, and institutional projects. Located near the town of L%u00f8sning, in the heart of Jutland, and with secondary smaller production facility in Kors%u00f8r, Zealand, Boligbeton stands out for its use of innovative and sustainable technologies.In 2007 Boligbeton approached a little-known (in Denmark) Italian company called Bianchi Casseforme for the supply of a self-reacting/self-stressing beam line. This production line is still in daily use to this day. With an ever-increasing demand for prestressed beams in Denmark, Boligbeton needed to increase their production. The logical solution for this new line was Bianchi Casseforme. Bianchi Casseforme s.r.l., is an Italian family-owned company, established in 1964. Active world-wide with a large range of services and custom-made products dedicated to the precast concrete industry. The scope of supply included:1. A self-reacting/self-stressing steel structure with a useful internal length of 30m, a maximum load capacity of 600 tons. Composed of longitudinal load-bearing beams, one fixed transversal beam and an additional transversal beam sliding during the strand relaxation and tensioning. Each transversal beam was supplied with the holes for anchoring the strands in a standard 40x40mm grid pattern as requested by the client.2. The Bianchi hydraulic casting chassis, positioned within the area of self-reacting/self-stressing 29m long. Designed to open and close the side moulds/forms during the production cycle. This chassis allows the use of interchangeable soffits/casting bases ranging from 40 to 80 cm wide. 3. Soffits/casting bases 29m long and 50 cm wide, complete with PVC seals with15x15 mm chamfer. 4. A set of side moulds/formers 29 m long, with a maximum casting height of 100 cm.Special features:Two fully automatic PLC controlled hydraulic pump units using a single hydraulic tank control the complete hydraulic system.One unit controls the multistrand initial tensioning/de-tensioning system, with four (2x300ton & 2x100ton) double acting hydraulic cylinders and four linear encoders which fully control and monitor each cylinder during these critical phases of production. The system also automatically lowers and raises the collars.
