In 2019, Micheletto invested in a Hess RH 1500-3 MVA. The decision marked a turning point: older machinery had served faithfully, but new demands required a new approach. Operators and machines needed time to align, and processes had to be rethought. Soon, however, the new line was running at full capacity. Today, the RH 1500-3 MVA, equipped with every available option, has become the centerpiece of production. It allows Micheletto to cover a wide range of requirements, from robust standard paving stones to intricate, architect-driven designs.For Stefano, the machine is only part of the story. Equally important has been the collaboration with Hess. %u201cFrom the very beginning, I felt in good hands,%u201d he recalls. %u201cWhenever a challenge arose, I was never left alone. The Hess team always kept the focus on solutions.%u201d That sense of trust became a cornerstone of the partnership and a decisive reason why Micheletto chose to expand further in 2024 with a Hess RH 600-3 VA.The new plant was not an off-the-shelf solution. Its handling system was tailored to Micheletto%u2019s requirements, ensuring smooth integration into existing workflows. At the heart of the new plant stands the Multimat RH 600-3 VA, a machine built to combine productivity with creative flexibility. Its oilbath vibrators deliver powerful, consistent compaction for long-lasting reliability and uniform quality. Equally important is the ColorMix drawplate. The ColorMix drawplate creates distinctive surface variation. Different colored concretes are placed in three separate layers onto the drawplate. Controlled by pre-set recipe settings, the drawplate opens in timed sequences, pausing and resuming so that the colors intermix and form unique but repeatable, accurate patterns.
