After the official award, the technical implementation planning began. After delivery of the new plant, installation and commissioning took place, including all functional and safety tests.A complete system consisting of a weighing belt, dosing belts and a feeder elevator was delivered, which, according to Kniele, ensures precise and uniform material feeding. The centrepiece of the modernisation is the Kniele KKM 1000/1500 cone mixer, equipped with an automatic central lubrication system, a manual feed hopper and a horizontal mixer closure.Individually adjustable rotation speeds of the mixing toolsThe mixer drives are equipped with frequency converters so that the rotational speeds of the mixing tools can be individually adjusted to the respective recipe.
