The concept is such that each HPGM 2250 can discharge concrete into each of the Wiggert rollover buckets.For water addition into the HPGM 2250 planetary countercurrent mixers and to allow fine water dosing, there are two water scales and a separate water supply line. Cement and microsilica are batched via two scales (cement and microsilica).To ensure that the concrete temperature remains below 30 degrees C at the time concrete is discharged from the mixer, an ice plant provided by the customer is used (ice batching in both HPGM 2250).Cement storage, cement transport and admixture weighingCement/microsilica is stored in ten locally manufactured binder silos. Wiggert has equipped each of the 10 binder silos with a silo dust collector and a radar level indicator. Several cement/microsilica screw conveyors are used to fill the two cement scales and the two microsilica scales fully automatically as per the mix design parameters.Additives / Chemical admixturesBoth HPGM 2250 planetary countercurrent mixers are equipped with a three-chamber admixture scale and an additional filling pump so that four different liquid admixtures can be added to the mixing process.Ice storage and batchingThe flake ice produced in the ice plant provided by the customer, is taken to the Wiggert ice scale via ice screw conveyors. In line with the parameters of the respective mix design and using a diverter, the flake ice is precisely batched into both HPGMs.Wiggert WKB flying bucket system including concrete distributorWiggert's mixing plant is completed by a transport system with three different pathways.
