Nael Cement Products is one of Wiggert's longest-standing customers in the region; over the past 20 years, Wiggert has delivered numerous concrete batching & mixing plants of different design for the manufacture of the aforementioned products.In 2024 Nael Cement Products placed an order for yet another concrete batching & mixing plant with Wiggert & Co. GmbH. The mixing plant for the production of precast concrete elements is the largest mixing plant delivered by Wiggert to Nael to date. The new WiCoMix 2250-2250-6+6-WCS twin-mixer plant comprises a Wiggert flying bucket system with a total of six rollover buckets and six concrete distributors. It is designed to deliver concrete to six production lines in total.The new facility covers 40,000 square metres, 23,000 square metres of which are dedicated to a modern production plant with automated machines, digital monitoring systems and top-of-the-line quality control.Plant technology from a single sourceThe key components of the plant, such as the mixer platforms with HPGM 2250 planetary countercurrent mixers including cabling, the skip hoists for HPGM 2250, the accessories for the cement silos, the cement screw conveyors, the flying bucket system including bus bars, and the complete control system for the mixing plant and transport system were delivered by Wiggert & Co. GmbH. Part of the steelwork structure was manufactured by the customer locally on basis of drawings and parts lists made available by Wiggert & Co. GmbH.Storage and weighing of aggregatesAggregates are stored in two separate storage facilities (one facility per mixing plant) with a total storage volume of approximately 380 m%u00b3. Each facility comprises six in-line bins that are designed for aggregate loading by wheel loader.
