The pneumatic mould clamping system is just as flexible, allowing individual pressure values to be set for different cycle phases and mould sides using proportional valve technology in the machine visualisation. This allows precise adjustment of the filling and vibration parameters and contributes to a uniform product height and higher production quality.Quick mould change with flexible swivel armDuring operation, the swivel arm is parked alongside the machine to save space. It enables the mould and tamper unit to be replaced without tools %u2013 in practice in under ten minutes. A great advantage: The concrete can remain in the hopper, as the mould change processes take place outside the material flow %u2013 a significant efficiency gain in multi-shift operation. During the changeover, the mould package is placed on a rotatable, robust support plate, which is guided by a double-jointed swivel arm. Heavy-duty self-aligning roller bearings ensure stable and smooth movement %u2013 even with heavy mould material.
