This intelligent vibration technology ensures uniform, energy-efficient and product-specific optimised compaction of a wide range of concrete products. Two electronically synchronised unbalanced mass units generate infinitely variable vibration forces of up to 225 kN at variable speeds of 2,200 to 3,000 rpm.Software-supported parameterisation allows all vibration phases to be precisely defined and reproducibly stored in the system. An innovative idle mode neutralises the unbalanced forces to protect the mechanics and enables lightning-fast activation of the vibration power when required. The technology offers very high flexibility for a wide range of concrete products %u2013 from highly porous lightweight concretes to filigree architectural panels %u2013 with reduced noise levels, minimal energy consumption and high process reliability.New finger car for smooth product transportThe new 24-level finger car is a central link between paver production, curing and packaging. Equipped with hydraulically adjustable forks, it takes the fresh boards from the elevator, stores them precisely in the curing rack and removes them for further processing after the curing process. An infinitely variable travel drive, a high-precision laser measuring system for position and chamber detection and hydraulic fork adjustment for flexible shelf heights enable fast, position-accurate and format-independent material flow.
