The pneumatic tamper clamping and the proportionally controlled mould clamping further simplify the changeover. The simple changeover technology is complemented by the walking beam conveyor. This creates a passageway between the vibrating table and the wet side so that the machine operator has convenient access to the machine without tripping over edges.Self-supporting filling trolleys with servo drive %u2013 efficiency meets intelligenceBy using self-supporting filling carriages with electric servo drives, Rekers Betonwerk is sending a clear signal in favour of future-oriented, sustainable production. Compared to the previous conventional, hydraulically operated solution, these new high-performance trolleys impress with their noticeably lower energy consumption, precise motion control and outstanding ease of maintenance.The core concrete filling trolley is guided horizontally over the mould by a precise servo geared motor along robust gear racks %u2013 self-supporting, vibration-decoupled and without contact with the mould. The highly stable C-profile guide with three height-adjustable heavy-duty castors on each side guarantees absolute directional stability. Thanks to laser fill level detection, integrated shaking grate technology with hydraulic motor and intelligent scraper systems %u2013 front and rear %u2013 uniform, gentle and efficient filling is ensured. The shaking grid, which moves in a horizontal plane, is also ideal for complex, thin-walled products.The core concrete hopper is equipped with wear-resistant Hardox linings. A gravimetric weighing cell continuously records the quantity of concrete, while the central plant control system automatically reorders concrete %u2013 very high precision with very low operating effort. The electromotive height adjustment of the inner frame allows millimetre-precise adjustments between the table top and the upper edge of the mould. Locking and clamping are carried out via a hydraulic clamping device.The concrete filling trolley, which is specially dimensioned for colour blending, is no less impressive. It also moves on self-supporting C-profiles, is servo-driven and completely vibration-decoupled. Particularly noteworthy is the high-quality stainless steel planing roller with integrated drum motor, which smoothes the facing concrete for sophisticated surface finishes in a single pass on the return journey. An additional movable scraper allows a particularly high product variety and adaptability.
