Connectors mounted on the sides of the boxes enable twist-proof and fully insulated combinations of multiple boxes at the standard spacing of 71 mm. Four screw bosses and two clamping lug fields are available for secure fastening of the installed devices. The B%u00b2 device connection boxes are available in installation depths of 48.5 mm, 68.5 mm, and 83.5 mm.Tool-free connection and perfect sealing: the couplings for the B%u00b2 systemThe proven pipe couplings allow rigid and flexible pipes with diameters of 20, 25, 32, and 40 mm to be connected to the B%u00b2 device connection boxes. Two cuts on the coupling%u2019s connection piece serve to open the pipe entries without tools. To open the pipe entry, one needs to simply twist the coupling while applying slight pressure against the connection box. A special stop ensures an optimal connection between the pipe coupling and the device connection box and prevents pipe intrusion. This eliminates the need for subsequent complicated pipe shortening inside the device connection box. The ball contour on the coupling%u2019s connection piece dampens pipe vibrations during the compaction process in the precast plant and reliably seals the box connection. An integrated pipe lock ensures secure holding, even for ribbed pipes.Two magnets for all embedded components ensure trouble-free production and maximum flexibility in the manufacturing of industrially prefabricated panel elements. Kaiser%u2019s new B%u00b2 program includes a range of B2 device connection boxes, including large boxes for slab elements, wall and slab transitions, HaloX lighting and speaker housings, the 48.5 mm extension element, the central transition box, and the System Magnet adapter for the fastening of inclined strut elements.With their compact design, flexible combination options, and various installation depths, the B%u00b2 device connection boxes enable quick installation and secure connection of conductors and built-in devices.
