For the first time, it enables the automated installation of overhead B%u00b2 device junction boxes directly on the formwork table %u2013 without any manual hotglue fastening. Equipped with a holding device for the System Magnets, the extension element ensures a secure and flush hold on the steel formwork.Circumferential sealing lips reliably protect the magnet holder from concrete infiltration, while the spacers allow the concrete to completely encase the module. In automated CAD/CAM production, in which robots precisely place the System Magnets into position, the new extension element makes an important contribution to process optimization. The universal extension elements and the 10/50 mm extension element also enable flexible adaptation to almost all wall thicknesses.Secure and fast connections using Kaiser pipe couplings. With the extensive Kaiser pipe coupling program, rigid or flexible pipes with diameters of 20, 25, 32, and 40 mm can be connected to the B%u00b2 device connection boxes. Two cuts on the coupling%u2019s connection piece serve to open the pipe entries without tools. To open the pipe entry, one needs to simply twist the coupling while applying slight pressure against the connection box.Thanks to the pipe couplings, modules can be preassembled.
