NEWS10 CPI %u2013 Concrete Plant International %u2013 5 | 2025 www.cpi-worldwide.comTaking on the role of Director for the North America edition meant representing a demanding, rewarding industry built on people, processes, and partnerships. This publication is how we keep those connections strong.I%u2019ve spent my career at the intersection of manufacturing, technology, and relationship-building. Over the years, I%u2019ve had the privilege of working across multiple segments of the concrete industry: dry cast, precast, prestressed, wet cast, cast stone, and niche specialty markets. My path has included hands-on experience with production processes, project management, and the sales strategies that help plants invest in equipment and systems that make a measurable difference in their output and quality.Recently, I focused on accelerated curing, quality, and process improvements that boost performance and profitability. I value applying technical expertise for real results. My professional foundation includes a BS in Political Science and an MBA in International Business, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. That background has taught me how to blend strategic thinking with operational execution %u2014 whether I%u2019m working with multinational manufacturers or independent producers.Beyond my credentials, what drives me is integrity, clarity, and results. Our industry works on trust: trust in the product, trust in the equipment, trust in the people who make it happen. I bring that mindset to both my client relationships and now to this publication and our partners. What You Can Expect from the North America EditionMy vision for the North American edition is straightforward:%u2022 Relevant, practical content tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of producers in our region.%u2022 A platform for industry voices, from plant managers to engineers to inventors, to share ideas, case studies, and innovations.%u2022 Insights that bridge global trends with local realities, helping North American readers see what%u2019s possible, and what%u2019s practical.I want our pages to reflect the full spectrum of our sector %u2014 not just large-scale operations, but also the smaller producers, niche applications, and inventive solutions that often don%u2019t get enough spotlight. Why This Matters NowWe%u2019re in a moment where efficiency, sustainability, and workforce development are front and center.
