In this newly created role, Gustine will lead Columbia%u2019s Vancouver-based Concrete Products, Palletizer, and Mold business units, along with shared manufacturing operations, to drive tighter strategic alignment and performance across the organization.Gustine%u2019s mandate includes strengthening operational and financial accountability, advancing market and industry leadership, and reinforcing Columbia%u2019s customer-centric culture %u2013 ensuring decisions are made %u201cfrom the eyes of our customers%u201d while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Earlier in his career, he served in operations and quality roles at Material Sciences Corporation and Sherwin-Williams.
