Since then, Zenith has continuously modernised the machine to meet the current needs of its customers. With the 913-18 model, Zenith now offers its customers and prospective buyers a significantly more powerful version of the machine.The Zenith 913 mobile block machine is a particularly reliable and efficient concrete block machine for the mass production of various types of concrete blocks. Over the years, more than 3,000 machines of the 913 type have been built and delivered to customers all over the world. This machine is now represented on every continent and has established itself as an efficient solution for the economical production of concrete blocks. Its compact design enables easy transport and quick commissioning. With its manageable investment costs compared to a stationary board machine, high production output and simple operation, it is a particularly suitable machine for newcomers to this market.For production with the 913 machine, a clean, level concrete surface under a roof or, in favourable weather conditions, outdoors is sufficient. The machine runs on four replaceable Vulkollan wheels to protect the production surface and places the products in rows directly on the ground. When the 913 reaches the end of a row, a hydraulically driven swivel mechanism built into the machine frame ensures that the machine turns and continues production in the next row without any significant loss of time.The production programme covers a wide range of products such as hollow blocks, formwork blocks, masonry blocks, ceiling blocks, chimney blocks and solid blocks. The manufacture of special products such as insulating blocks with a polystyrene core is also possible without great effort and is particularly popular with customers in Arab countries.A forklift truck with an attached concrete silo is used for continuous feeding of concrete from the mixing plant. The freshly manufactured products remain on the production floor to harden and, depending on climatic conditions, can be stacked on pallets after approx. 24 hours and transported to a warehouse for further drying. Either a mobile reach stacker or, alternatively, a forklift truck with special tongs attached can be used for this purpose.Thanks to the mobile block production and the use of mould and tamper head vibrators, the machine achieves a very high degree of product compaction, which, according to Zenith, is comparable to the performance of board machines and can even exceed it.Another advantage of the Zenith 913 mobile block machine is that it can be put into operation within a very short time. Provided that the construction site has been prepared accordingly and the supply of concrete is ensured, the first blocks can be produced on the day the fitter arrives. Thanks to intensive training by Zenith's experienced service staff, operators are able to operate the machine independently and start production after only a short time.The latest version of the mobile block machine is called Zenith 913-18 and offers significant innovations that clearly distinguish it from the previous version and ensure even higher performance.Previously, 12 hollow blocks measuring 400 x 200 x 200 mm could be produced per cycle with the 913 machine.
