The new 913-18 model produces 18 blocks with these dimensions per cycle. This significantly increases daily production output while retaining the proven advantages of the 913 mentioned above.Extensive modifications to the original machine were necessary to enable the production of 18 hollow blocks. The machine frame, drive motors and hydraulics were adapted to the larger number of blocks and also reinforced. The increased production area resulted in a higher load, which is absorbed by the reinforced frame. The production depth was increased from 1,130 mm to 1,230 mm, allowing the mould and tamper head to be adapted to the 18 bricks. With a production area of 1,240 x 1,230 mm and a production height of 175 to 330 mm, the machine continues to offer a wide range of different products. One of the results of the changes made was that the surface area of the mould walls was 50% larger than before. More power than before is now required to demould the blocks. This mainly affects the hydraulically driven mould and tamper head movements. For this reason, the hydraulic power has been adjusted. Instead of working at a higher pressure and thus exposing the components to higher loads, the pump flow rate was increased. The output is now 20 l/min instead of 12 l/min. This ensured that sufficient power was available without increasing wear on the components. In order to lift the increased load without any problems, a larger cylinder was used and the lifting force was increased by approx. 60%. The column diameter was also increased and a reinforced guide bridge was used. This made it possible to absorb the higher hydraulic forces and minimise excessive wear.Comparison: Mould 913 Mould 913-18%u00b7 THE DESIGN OF THE COLORIST ALLOWS THE BLENDING OF UP TO 6 COLOURS%u00b7 THE MODULAR DESIGN OF THE COLORIST ALLOWS THE INTEGRATION TO ANY PAVER / BLOCK MACHINE%u00b7 THE SYSTEM IS EQUIPPED WITH ITS OWN CONTROL UNIT TO ALLOW AN EASY IMPLEMENTATION OF A SIMPLE SIGNAL HAND SHAKE%u00b7 NO REPROGRAMMING OF THE EXISTING PAVER / BLOCK MACHINE PLC NECESSARY%u00b7 THE MOVEMENTS OF THE COLORIST ARE FREQUENCY CONTROLLED TO FINE TUNE THE COLOUR BLENDING TO PERFECTION%u00b7 HIGH REPRODUCIBILITY OF A ONCE DEFINED BLEND%u00b7 THE BLENDING PARAMETERS CAN BE STORED IN A RECIPE FUNCTIONBaustoffwerke Gebhart & S%u00f6hne GmbH & Co.
