The forward-looking project combines the expertise of Rupp Geb%u00e4udedruck (executing construction company), Instatiq (mobile 3D concrete printer), Heidelberg Materials (3D printing concrete), Remmers (structural waterproofing), Inotec (machinery, mixing and pumping technology), and Liebherr (mobile energy supply). At the heart of the construction process is the Instatiq P1 %u2013 a mobile large-scale robot. The printer combines proven construction machinery technology with high-precision robotics and implements digital design data directly on the construction site. With a reach of up to 26 m and a printing speed of up to 10 cm/s, structural concrete walls are created layer by layer directly on site %u2013 without formwork, yet with very high precision.Mobile 3D-printed basementPartner network delivers innovative pilot projectFor the first time worldwide, a basement has been constructed directly on site using a mobile 3D concrete printing process. A special concrete from Heidelberg Materials, specifically refined for mobile 3D printing, was used for the mobile 3D-printed basement in Wei%u00dfenhorn. The Instatiq P1 printer combines proven construction machinery technology with high-precision robotics and implements digital design directly on site. %u00a9 Aleksej Keksel%u00a9 Aleksej Keksel %u00a9 Aleksej Keksel
