This model enhances the company's portfolio with an additional machine for manufacturing high-quality concrete block products. The high-performance ZN2000 supplies the answer to ever-increasing expectations for trouble-free, high-speed production lines. The new single pallet machine was developed in close cooperation with QGM %u2013 Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd. The ZN2000 model attracted a great deal of attention right from the first day of the trade fair. Numerous customers from all over the world visited Zenith%u2019s stand to personally gain an impression of the machine and have its advantages explained to them by the experts on site. Participation in this year's bauma was a complete success for QGM and Zenith. It did not take long for the ZN2000 to find a new owner. The machine was brought back to Neunkirchen immediately after the trade fair to prepare it for transportation to an existing customer in Iraq. Delivery and commissioning of the production system are planned for this year. The ZN2000 is designed for high manufacturing output on production boards with board sizes up to max. 1,400 x 1,400 mm. The machine can be adapted to other board sizes at the customer's request. Particularly noteworthy is its ability to manufacture products with a minimum block height of 20 mm without having to dispense with replaceable wear plates or reconfigure the entire machine concept. The maximum product height of 500 mm covers standard product portfolios for building construction and civil engineering, as well as gardening and landscaping. Bolted machine frame Particular attention during development was paid to the bolted machine frame, which features a straightforward design. The frame material has undergone special treatment to reduce mechanical stresses, thus ensuring a high level of stability even under heavy loads. Care was taken during the planning stage to design the machine in such a way that retrofitting optional components, such as a drawing plate or accessories for manufacturing insulation blocks with polystyrene cores, poses no problem.
