The more reproducible and realistic the identification of parameters, the more accurately production can be carried out and sales made.However, the installation and smooth operation of integrated information technology only works across divisions (Fig. 4).It should generally be assumed that the results of the standard tests required do not guarantee complete success in every case. This often involves the collection of highly complex data during the planning, production and sales stages, for which detailed knowledge of process engineering is required by the responsible management. For this reason, the PSA Zurich training programme on testing and measurement technology for identifying production and sales processes is essential for cross disciplinary personnel development.It all starts with the application of a sophisticated measurement algorithm to evaluate the price/performance ratio of raw materials for use in the construction industry. The PSA Zurich Complex Performance Test System used for this purpose has already been presented several times in CPI - Concrete Plant International and AAC Worldwide [1-9]. For this reason, Fig. 5 merely serves to illustrate the algorithm.
