Carbon reinforcement robotics can initially be integrated into existing double wall lines, while formwork, concreting and logistics remain largely unchanged. This limits investment risks and keeps learning curves manageable. As production volumes increase, additional automation modules and digitally integrated line sections can be added. In this way, a pilot production gradually grows into a series production process.Final considerations and outlookThe carbon concrete semi-precast wall shows how material innovation, robotics and digital planning are converging to form an economic value chain. This presents an opportunity to make efficient use of the established double wall market in order to expand it intelligently and supplement it with leaner, lighter and corrosion-free components. Robotics makes carbon reinforcement reproducible, precise and low-waste, and therefore also economical. Digital planning and digital twins ensure continuity and thus consistency of data from design to production.
