This is a key aspect for architects, design engineers and precast production facilities.The Reckli product range also includes release agents, silicones, elastomers and epoxy resins for the chemicals sector. All products are subject to clearly defined quality requirements, thereby creating a technically coordinated system in combination with the formliners for manufacturing and applying high-quality concrete surfaces. The close intertwining of development, material expertise and application technology ensures consistent product quality, safe processes in precast concrete production facilities and tailor-made solutions for the most demanding specifications in practice.Application reliability and sustainability thanks to an in-house technical centre Development, testing and manufacturing advance hand in hand at Reckli. Recipes are continuously improved in its inhouse technical centre and product performance is verified under realistic conditions. The polyurethane making up the formliner core is manufactured directly at the Herne site. Each batch produced is tested in the technical centre to ensure consistent material quality. Each product undergoes a final quality control check before shipping. In this way, Reckli ensures that its formliners and chemicals meet the high requirements of precast concrete production facilities and construction sites.In addition to product quality, Reckli also prioritises the sustainable use of materials. Textured formliners are available in an ISCC+ certified version as well. This enables the use of certified sustainable raw materials in the polyurethane and represents a further step towards resource-efficient manufacturing. Reusability is an important factor not only for the formliners, but also in packaging liquid plastics. Cardboard inserts made from recycled material and paper-based filling materials are employed instead of expanded PU foam. This simplifies disposal for customers and reduces the overall volume of packaging waste.
