This makes the installation even more compact and increases the efficiency and operational reliability of the entire system. The standardised plug connections of the electrical equipment also contribute to this, which also make assembly quick and safe. The Nova generation is also fully compatible with the customer%u2019s preferred control system - common systems can be easily integrated.Today, the Euromix programme comprises a total of seven models: Five solo versions with mixer sizes of 1.67 - 4.00 m%u00b3/batch hardened concrete output and hourly capacities of 80 to 175 m%u00b3 as well as two duo models, which are already designed ex works as a plant combination for high-capacity mass concrete production (2 x 3.0 m%u00b3/batch; 230 m%u00b3/h/ 2 x 4.0 m%u00b3/batch; 300 m%u00b3/h).In Munich, SBM also presented its large programme of easily relocatable and container-mobile mixing plants: In addition to the Dynamix%u00ae 2500, these include the Variomix%u00ae series (90-115 m%u00b3/h hardened concrete) for use in confined inner-city areas and the extremely flexible, expandable Linemix%u00ae container series with hardened concrete outputs of up to 190 m%u00b3/h, which is used in particular for long-term infrastructure projects in tunnelling or power station construction. SBM also uses the high-quality Linemix components for stationary systems. Based on the standardised Towermix%u00ae range, plant manufacturers create customised classic tower plants.A pilot project by SBM on the %u2018unmanned%u2019 operation of concrete mixing plants also attracted much interest. Even without a mixing master on site, truck mixers should be able to receive ordered deliveries from appropriately equipped systems as usual. The production process, which is usually fully automated, is monitored remotely from another location or a control centre. Driver access terminals, camera systems and sensors in the loading area ensure safe activation of the order and monitor the correct quality of the concrete produced. Once the truck mixer has been loaded, the concrete mixer and loading hopper can also be cleaned automatically. According to SBM, the system, which can also be retrofitted to existing systems, is currently undergoing practical trials.
