Fliegl BauKom offers a suitable solution here with the BTS concrete filling station.Concrete on demand The Fliegl BTS works like a classic petrol station, only for concrete. Customers select the desired quantity and type, position their transport vehicle under the loading belt and receive mixed concrete within a very short time.Innovative technology The BTS has a network connection, allowing operators to manage and maintain the system centrally. A touch control module is part of the standard equipment and ensures easy handling.The pan mixers are available in two filling volumes (0.5 m%u00b3 and 1 m%u00b3) and are equipped with durable steel wear linings. Nine mixing tools with polyurethane paddles ensure particularly efficient and even mixing. At the same time, the material reduces wear and minimises noise. The automatic dry cleaning with gravel removes residues without adding water so that the cleaning material can be reused.Flexible adaptation to individual requirements Thanks to its modular design, the BTS can be adapted to different space conditions and expanded as required. As an option, it can be mounted on a trolley for flexible use at different locations. Thanks to its star-shaped design, up to four different materials can be stored at the same time. Operators can choose between single or double bunkers: Single bunkers increase the storage capacity and facilitate filling with wide buckets without the risk of mixing the components. The low loading height of just 2.6 metres further simplifies the refilling process. Another highlight is the adjustable loading conveyor, which can be adapted to the height of the transport vehicle.
