This not only increases the protection of personnel but also ensures a smooth and low-risk workflow in daily operations.Easy cleaning processDaily cleaning with the Cleanjet is fast, efficient and easy to implement. Within just five to ten minutes, the system thoroughly removes fresh concrete residues and thus prevents persistent deposits. The automatic cleaning process saves valuable time and resources, and manual intervention is no longer necessary. The innovative nozzle technology significantly reduces water consumption, while at the same time achieving a consistently high cleaning quality. Periodic high-pressure cleaning is also a semi-automatic process, and the cleaning operation remains safe and reliable, even with strong and well-bonded concrete residues in the drum. While the medium-pressure unit for daily cleaning is operated using stationary equipment with a 22 kW electric motor, the ultra-high-pressure unit for periodic cleaning with a diesel drive (250 kW) works in both mobile or stationary modus of operandi. The latter is available as an option or can be rented on demand and provides an economically flexible solution for concrete plants with varying cleaning requirements. A particular advantage is the switchable nozzle head, which makes it easier to switch between the two cleaning modes. In addition, daily cleaning is automated, which increases the safety of employees and eliminates the need for direct contact with hazardous areas. With a water consumption of only around 50 litres per minute for daily medium-pressure cleaning, the Cleanjet 2-in-1 is one of the most resource-saving systems in its class, despite the challenges associated with the removal of cementitious residues. Compared to other processes, which often require several hundred litres of fresh water, the system is extremely efficient. High-pressure cleaning uses around 80 litres per minute to reliably remove mineral solids. Following a short preparation process, the cleaning lance automatically moves along the contour of the mixing drum and removes all deposits inside the drum. Both functions are combined into an easy-to-integrate control concept that can be flexibly adapted to the requirements of modern concrete plants.Walter Ger%u00e4tebau GmbH stands for quality %u201cMade in Germany%u201d.
